Maintenance Officer - Brooksby College

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance Officer to join our busy, customer focused Estates departments. You will support a proactive maintenance service which meets the needs of the college now and in the future, by being innovative in its approach to planned and reactive maintenance. You will be responsible for general maintenance supporting all aspects of the estates department.

Responsibilities

• Support a proactive maintenance service which meets the needs of the college now and in the future, with innovative approaches to planned and reactive maintenance.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks to support all aspects of the estates department.
• Work 37.5 hours per week over 5 days with shifts rotated among the team; hours discussed at interview. May require occasional Saturday or Sunday work to cover events such as open days.
