About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to oversee technical operations across two key sites. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in engineering and facilities management who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Coordinate inspections, technical audits, and compliance activities
• Oversee spare parts inventory and contractor relationships
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with site leadership to align maintenance strategy with operational goals
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational standards are consistently met
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering management
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as refrigeration, automation, MHE, and building systems
• Experience managing Capex/Opex projects and technical teams
• Familiarity with ERP systems and maintenance planning tools
• Relevant certifications in safety, engineering, or facilities management
• A proactive, collaborative leader with a focus on continuous improvement
