At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Maintenance Manager to join our client's growing team based in North Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Team Lead/ Supervisor to step into a Managerial position within an established food processing company.

Your new role includes:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all food processing equipment and facilities.
• Managing and leading the maintenance team, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and analysing equipment performance data for continuous improvement.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Maintaining adequate spare parts based on risk assessment.
• Responsibility as part of the team for maintaining budget spend targets and proactively working towards cost saving initiatives for the business.

Experience you need:

• Diploma or other trade qualification in Electronics/ Electrics
• Previous managerial/ supervisory experience is extremely beneficial
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics / drawings.
• Ability to work on 3 phase, single phase, and low voltage DC.
• English language - good standard both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage.
• Full driver's license and own transport.
