Maintenance Manager

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of maintenance at a leading medical device facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll lead a team of technicians, drive equipment reliability, and keep production running in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a site-wide maintenance strategy covering equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximise asset reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Own the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement through Root Cause Analysis and ensure full regulatory compliance.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years in maintenance management within regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• CMMS experience (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar).
• Engineering degree preferred; CMRP/CRL a plus.
