Maintenance Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a maintenance manager to join our busy maintenance department.

You will lead the maintenance department & team, ensuring the smooth running of the operation. You will possess the ability to find faults and diagnose issues. You will carry out planned, preventative maintenance and undertake defect repairs as required.

Experience: Health & Safety coordination and some administration will be required.

Qualifications: Good standard of general education and plumbing & electrical qualifications are desirable.

Additional Requirements: Good level of English, communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure, self motivated, excellent time management, adaptable, flexible and ready to learn. Hands on roll. Permanent position - Settled or pre settled status is required.
