Maintenance Manager

Hotel Maintenance Manager - Isle of Mull

Crerar Hotels invites experienced professionals to manage maintenance across one of our flagship locations, Isle of Mull. You will oversee all hotel facilities, work with the maintenance team and contractors in areas including joinery, plumbing and general upkeep. The role requires a full driving licence and excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong background in maintenance management and knowledge of health & safety regulations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team to keep facilities in top shape.
• Plan and supervise maintenance work including basic joinery, plumbing, and other contractor projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and hotel policies.
• Maintain maintenance records and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence and suitable transport.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible, self sufficient and customer focused service orientation.
