ATA are working with a growing business operating within the scrap metal industry, where they buy, shred and repurpose copper wiring and other metals. They form part of a larger group of 10 sites, turning over £54million per annum.

This facility ranks among the top three highest-volume processing sites in the UK from a single location.

This role is perfect for an ambitious Senior Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Manager seeking the opportunity to shape a maintenance function as their own.

You'll be given the autonomy to build the department from the ground up-designing and implementing the PPM strategy, developing and mentoring the engineering team, and setting the culture, standards, and processes that will underpin future growth and performance.

• Managing small maintenance teams.
• Creating documentation, SOP, Risk assessments.
• Creating PPMs.
• Training and development of engineers.
• Creating stores systems.

You should also be mechanically trained and happy to pitch in on the tools when required.
