Overview

A fantastic National leading manufacturing company are looking for a strong Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering function, driving plant reliability, PPM delivery and OEE improvement while ensuring safe and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical engineering activity across site
• Deliver and optimise PPM strategy to maximise uptime
• Lead, develop and prioritise a multi-skilled engineering team
• Drive OEE, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate breakdown response to minimise downtime
• Manage contractors, spares, budgets and compliance

About You

• Time served engineer with strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing
• Proven track record in PPM, fault finding and root cause analysis
• Strong planning, leadership and commercial awareness
