Maintenance Manager - Security Systems & Service Excellence

Xenon Building Technology Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Manager, based in our Carlow office, to lead the maintenance division across fire alarm, CCTV, access control, life safety and emergency lighting services throughout Ireland.

You will manage engineers, ensure SLAs and contractual commitments, drive recurring revenue growth, and uphold high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, technical know how, and commercial acumen.
