Maintenance Lead for a Fast-Growth Motel & Diner

Mollie's Oxfordshire is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and day-to-day operations of the motel, diner and grounds. You'll report to the General Manager and ensure safety, full compliance and high standards for guests and staff.

This hands-on role requires a strong technical background, ideally electrical, with experience managing contractors and delivering preventative maintenance programs.
