Maintenance Inspector - Damp & Building Safety

New Forest District Council in Lyndhurst is seeking an experienced Maintenance Inspector to join our in-house team. You will conduct pre- and post-work inspections, monitor subcontractor performance, and support health and safety compliance across tenanted and void properties.

You will work with Area Supervisors and trades teams to assess workmanship, diagnose damp and mould, and help deliver a high-quality housing service.
