Maintenance Fitter: TIG Welding & Continuous Improvement

W Talent are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Fitter for a busy Doncaster manufacturing site. This days-based role involves keeping production machinery running, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and supporting improvements.

You should have strong mechanical fitting skills, fault-finding, and TIG welding experience; you'll work with Production and Engineering teams on upgrades. A permanent, hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.
