Maintenance Fitter

Cornish Metals plc is recruiting a Maintenance Fitter to join the team at the South Crofty Mine in Cornwall as we progress the redevelopment of one of the world's highest-grade tin mines. This shift-based, hands-on role is responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, repairs and statutory inspections on fixed and mobile plant across both surface operations and underground workings, helping to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the mine.

We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused individual with strong mechanical engineering experience, excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to work effectively in a challenging industrial environment. Experience maintaining heavy plant, pumps, electro-hydraulic and pneumatic systems, together with a strong commitment to health and safety, is essential.
