Job Description
Your tasks :
- Ensure equipment reliability through maintenance plans (predictive and corrective maintenance) and quick responses to breakdowns.
- Implement, update, change management and improve CMMSsoftwares efficiency, new products implementations
- Be responsible for the Spare Parts Management and ensure the availability of necessary parts to minimize production interruptions.
- Implement safety proceduresLOTO for equipment interventions.
- Understand and support technical documentations and operations (commissioning of new equipments, qualification/validation protocols IQ OQ PQ, FAT/SAT, review of process design PIDs, )
- Shutdowns preparation and management
- Guarantee all maintenance actions with GMP norms.
Your profile :
- Master's degree in Industrial engineering or a related field
- 3 years minimum experience in maintenance engineering for pharma, biotech or medtech companies
- Fluent in English and in German
