Job Description

Overview

Maintenance Engineer Salary: Up to £48,000
Shift: Days and Nights
Location: Wilnecote

Responsibilities

The successful Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance, responding promptly to breakdowns, and supporting engineering initiatives aimed at improving performance and reducing downtime. In addition, you will contribute to Continuous Improvement activities and undertake Root Cause Analysis projects to enhance overall plant performance.

Qualifications

Either mechanical or electrical bias
Must have an engineering qualification
Industrial/Manufacturing background
Experience carrying out PPMS and fixing breakdowns
