Maintenance Engineer - Leading Innovative Fresh Produce & Farming Operation, Lincolnshire - £45,000 - £50,000 Permanent 45 hours per week

The role - genuinely varied, genuinely impactful

• Hands on maintenance, fault finding and optimisation of state of the art equipment: automated irrigation networks, precision climate controlled growing environments, high speed crop handling and packing lines, plus on site renewable energy systems.
• Driving continuous improvement projects that directly affect output, efficiency and sustainability.
• Full ownership of key mechanical systems across multiple modern sites.
• Collaborating with operations and agronomy teams in a fast moving, results focused environment.
