The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Engineer to:

1. Maintain, service, and repair machinery used in the washing, grading, and packaging of potatoes.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.
3. Implement preventative maintenance schedules to optimise productivity.
4. Collaborate with production teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience as an Engineer in a food production or agricultural environment.
2. Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a production setting.
