Role: Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Mon-Fri Days only (3PM-12PM)

Salary: Up to £40,000 (with O.T. available)

Location: Chelmsford

They supply their services to the biggest wholesalers and hotels including Premier Inn, Holiday Inn, Travel Lodge etc. This company has consistently invested millions per year in various projects for you to get working on straight away. They are looking for another motivated Maintenance Engineer to get started, make an impact and upskill rapidly!

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fault finding on electrical components such as circuit breakers, control panels, sensors, inverters, contactors etc.
• Work mechanically on bearings, rollers, sprockets, chains, pulleys, belts etc.
• Performing maintenance on conveyors, washers, folders, dryers, ironers etc.
• Operating as a team to confidently perform reactive and planned maintenance

About You

The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the following:

• Previous experience working within a maintenance team
• Previous laundry experience is beneficial, though not essential
• An open attitude to working in any type of industry
• A sound understanding of key mechanical and electrical components
