We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to help drive operational excellence in a dynamic and supportive food production facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned and preventative maintenance using your mechanical, electrical, and control systems expertise
• Investigate equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
• Support technical development of colleagues and share knowledge across the team
• Contribute to site-wide continuous improvement and project initiatives
• Oversee contractor activity with a focus on safety and compliance

What You'll Need:

• Time-served apprenticeship with an Electrical bias (18th Edition desirable)
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley or Siemens experience beneficial)
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, fault diagnosis, and high-speed manufacturing
• A team-focused mindset with a drive to coach, support, and improve
• Confident working independently and leading on technical challenges
