You'll play a vital part in keeping complex, high-output production lines running smoothly - reacting quickly to breakdowns and applying robust preventative maintenance strategies.

Skills required for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical & mechanical competency- proven experience in fault-finding and repair
• Conductplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)andreactive repairs
• Fault-find and repairhydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems: belts, chains, gearboxes, pumps, bearings
• Diagnose and repairelectrical systems: single/three-phase, PLCs (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens S7), inverters, and safety relays
• Supportinstallation and commissioning of new machinery
• Provide thoroughhandover communicationto ensure seamless shift transitions
• Comfortable working onmotors, sensors, drives, bearings, belts, and chains
