Maintenance Electrician Power Generation Dublin

Elite Talent Hub is currently recruiting a Maintenance Electrician on behalf of one of Ireland's largest and most established energy organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician to join a permanent maintenance team responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of critical power generation assets across Dublin.

The position is hands-on and will involve working across a wide range of electrical plant and equipment within a busy operational environment.

As part of the on-site maintenance team, you will:

• Carry out planned, preventative and reactive electrical maintenance
• Perform electrical fault-finding, diagnosis and repairs
• Respond to plant breakdowns and operational issues
• Maintain a wide range of electrical plant and equipment
• Support the safe and reliable operation of generation assets
• Work both independently and as part of the wider maintenance and operations team
• Support station requirements through flexible working and call-outs when required
• Ensure all work meets required safety, environmental and performance standards

• FAS/SOLAS craft qualification in Electrical
• Minimum 2 years' heavy industrial plant experience, or equivalent hands-on industrial electrical experience
• Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding skills
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously
• Full Category B Irish driving licence is desirable
