We're recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer in Limerick for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. The Role Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of production and packaging equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency. Work closely with production teams to ensure maximum machine availability. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards. About You Recognised engineering qualification (Level 6 Craft Certificate, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent). Multi-skilled with strong electrical and mechanical maintenance experience. Previous experience in food manufacturing or another fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. PLC fault-finding experience is advantageous.
