Maintenance Coordinator / Workshop Manager

On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the Maintenance sector / On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the industrial chemical sector in Switzerland, we are recruiting a Maintenance Manager for a temporary mission of 1 year for its production site near Maintenance / Manager mission. Within a demanding industrial environment, you will play a central role in the responsibilities of the following activities: Coordinate internal teams (composed of electricians and mechanics). Organize support from external teams in case of activity peaks. Ensure the availability of equipment (machines, devices for maintenance activities). Ensure the tracking of time and costs (time & cost tracking). Identify opportunities and processes. Contribute to the development of a performance and efficiency-oriented approach. Your profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or management of technical teams. Solid experience in an industrial environment, ideally chemical. Good technical understanding of mechanics and mastery of SAP PM (S4 Hana a plus). Proficiency in MS Office essential (oral and written). English and/or French is a plus.
