Maintenance Co-Ordinator

This is a great role for a hardworking Maintenance Co-ordinator within an expanding local organisation where you will have the opportunity to make a really valuable contribution to the Company's continuing success.

Some of your duties will include:

• Co-ordinating maintenance requirements on behalf of residential housing tenants
• Liaising with tenants over the telephone to schedule the repair or maintenance of properties
• Preparing job sheets, allocating work to the maintenance team and allocating work on the schedule
• Logging details of all calls managed on the computer system and updating database when required
• Tracking the progress of maintenance and repair jobs being completed from instigation through to completion
• Checking with tenants once work has been completed to ensure they are happy with the service provided
