Role & Responsibilities

• To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us - we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
• To ensure stock control with the maintenance department.
• Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality.
• Completion and maintenance of fire log book.
• Record keeping of room maintenance.
• Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance.
• To follow all hotel policies.
• To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
• To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
• All other duties as required.
