Maintenance Assistant - On-Call, 37.5h, Great Benefits

CO3013 UPP (Plymouth Three) Limited is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Plymouth. The permanent position is 37.5 hours per week (9:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday) with an annual salary of £26,743 and an on-call rotation every six weeks.

You will perform reactive maintenance, ensure site cleanliness, and support safety checks across our buildings. Ideal candidates have prior maintenance experience, strong communication, and a practical understanding of building services.
