What You'll Do

As aMaintenance andGrounds Person, you will:

• Carry out grounds maintenanceto the highest standards, including mowing, trimming, hedgecutting, weed spraying, gritting, and general gardening
• Complete property maintenance tasks, including basic repairs, plumbing, painting, and decorating tokeep the park and its facilities in excellent condition
• Inspect and maintain hot tubs, ensuring they are cleaned, refilled, and chemicals are checkeddaily
• Identify and proactively resolvemaintenance issuesacrosslodges and communal areas to uphold high presentation standards
• Work within a teamto maintain the park's appearance and functionality,supporting development projects as needed
• Follow Health & Safety policies andproceduresto ensure a safe workingenvironment for staff, guests, and owners

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking anenthusiastic,hands-on team playerwho enjoys working outdoors and takes pride intheir work. Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge cutting, and general landscaping
• Apractical approachtoproperty maintenance, with skills in basic repairs and upkeep
• A valid full UK driving licence
• Available to work some weekends and bank holidays
• Available to be on call when requiredfor emergency call outs and maintenance issues
• Awareness ofHealth & Safetyregulationsand a commitment to working safely
• Excellentcustomer service skillswitha friendly and proactive attitude
• Experience with grounds maintenance equipmentis beneficial (spraying or tree work qualifications are aplus, but training will be provided)
• Willingness to learn new skills especially related to Hot Tub maintenance.
