We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer focused Maintenance Administrator to join our dedicated Facilities and Maintenance team within Property Services.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities and providing outstanding support to colleagues and stakeholders. You will play a key role in helping to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of one of the country's leading independent schools.
Working within a friendly and highly collaborative team, you will be a central point of administration for maintenance activities across our impressive 36 acre estate, which includes 15 boarding houses, teaching facilities, a Performing Arts Centre, Health and Fitness Centre, and a range of College-owned properties.

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A professional and customer-focused attitude
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close knit team
Previous experience within facilities, maintenance, property, estates or contractor administration would be advantageous, although not essential.
