Macro Economist

My client is a highly recognised global Asset Manager who is looking to hire an Economist to join their highly rated Economics team in their London Office. This is a rare opportunity to join a team of the highest calibre.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyse key economic issues to help formulate the in-house view of the global economy
2. Provide in depth investigations to mark longer run trends as they relate to economies and markets
3. Share views through regular meetings with investors and analysts as well as through reports, podcasts and webinars
4. Build a strong relationship with the Multi-Asset Team amongst others to provide further clarity of views when required
5. A profound knowledge of economics, with experience working in public/private sector
6. 3-4 years' experience in a similar role
7. Strong ability to undertake quantitative analysis
8. Post graduate degree of above in economics/related subject
