Machining Cell Lead - Drive Precision & CI

Vacgen Limited is recruiting a Cell Leader to ensure the Machining Cell meets day-to-day quality, delivery and cost targets. You will oversee all machining and finishing from raw materials to finished components and motivate the production staff to hit business targets.

The role involves leading day-to-day operations in a high-precision environment, coaching staff, applying lean practices and 5S, and coordinating with planning to meet customer demand.
