Job Description

Avara Foods Limited in Caistor, North Lincolnshire, is hiring Machine Minders to join our FMCG production team. You will work on fast-paced lines, ensuring efficient startup, changeovers and smooth operation to minimise downtime and deliver quality products.

The role offers £14.89 per hour with a £2.00 shift allowance after 18:00 and on weekends, plus guaranteed hours, overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits scheme. Full training is provided and career development is encouraged.
