Machine Minder - Day Shift

• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 - 19:30).


• Hourly Rate: £13.70 - £14.90 (paid weekly).

As an AMFRESH Machine Minder, you will:

• Be responsible for managing our production machines.


• Do start-up checks at the start of your shift.


• Monitor and optimise the machine's performance.


• Suggest more efficient ways for the line to run.


• Complete regular material changeovers and feed in new packaging materials.


• Report any performance issues to you Line Leader or Engineering team.


• Prepare hand-over documents for night shift.


• Briefly cover other duties where required, to keep the line running.

To be a successful Machine Minder, the qualities we are looking for are:

• Experience or an interest in machinery, engineering, or technical.


• Motivated, ambitious, and hardworking.


• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.


• Willing to learn, wear PPE, and work well part of a team.
