Building on this momentum, we arerecruiting a Machine Learning and AI Engineering Lead to join ourRoyal Canin Global Data & Analytics Team who will acceleratethe shaping and delivery of our Data & AnalyticsAgenda.

The Machine Learningand AI Engineering Lead will oversee ML and AI solution developmentand deployment as a capability served across the end-to-end Data& Analytics solution portfolio. The role integral to theorganization's mission of leveraging advanced technologies to driveinnovation and efficiency across the organisation. The role willwork closely with the Data Science Lead to develop and execute anAI and ML roadmap aligned with business goals andrequirements.

• Serveas the technical lead for Generative AI and machine learning modeldeployment within RCD&A.

• Collaborate withthe Data Science team to design, prototype and build nextgeneration ML and AI products andaccelerators.

• Design,architect and review technical architecture for data science,machine learning and AI solutions and provide feedback for optimalimplementation.

• Develop andoversee the implementation of an MLOps and LLMOps strategy. Alignand contribute towards the wider Petcare MLOpsstrategy.

• Review codedeveloped by the data science team to ensure solution can bedeployed. Identify opportunities to optimizemethodologies.

• Contribute toa high performing data science function through coaching datascientists and providing training on writing scalable code and goodsoftware engineeringpractices.

• Createrepeatable, interpretable, dynamic and scalable model trainingpipelines that are incorporated into analytic data products throughcloud web applications andAPIs.

• Define key performanceindicators (KPIs) and implement monitoring systems for deployedproducts to ensure continuous operational performance. Definestrategy to handle incidentmanagement.

• Engage with RCD&A Platform Lead and Platform Product Owner to scope, plan andimplement accelerators.

• Stayupdated with the latest advancements in MLOps. Apply relevanttechniques into projects. Educate D&A on technologicaladvancements in thisarea.

• Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation for model training pipelines,deployment processes, andcode.

• Partner with theProduct Management squad model and provide advice on how inflightprojects can utilise ML and AI to generate additionalvalue.

• 5-7 years ofexperience working in a quantitative role preferably in the CPG, orretail industry.

• Proventrack record of delivering value through AI/ML/Data Scienceproducts in a fast-paced, agile environment using a scalable andreusable codebase and models to address business problemseffectively.

• Partner withbusiness leadership across functions and data science teams toidentify business challenges and opportunities and translate themunto actionable, integrated, data-drivensolutions.

• Eagerness tolearn, flexibility to pivot when needed, savviness to navigate andthrive in a dynamic environment, and a growth mindset needed tobuild a successful team

• Astrong customer centric mindset especially within an internalcustomer base with the purpose of driving value creation, adoptionand use

• Strategic thinking,problem solving and innovation, with the ability to anticipate andnavigate challenges andopportunities.

• Ensurecompliance with analytics standards, including tailoringmethodologies to specific use case needs such as ML, AI, anddescriptiveanalytics.

• Ability totranslate business needs into analytical frameworks & superiorverbal and written communicationskills

• Working understandingof ML Ops and DevOpsframeworks

• Familiarity withMicrosoft Azure tech stack, including but not limited to AzureML,Azure AI Foundry,Databricks
