Machine Grinder

We are seeking an experienced Machine Grinder to join our clients landing gear MRO facility.You will be responsible for high-precision grinding of aircraft components using cylindrical and surface grinding machines. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work to fine limits, and a solid understanding of grinding processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate grinding machines to fine tolerances.Work independently with minimal supervision.Read and understand technical drawings.Perform cylindrical and surface grinding on components.Experience & SkillsExtensive experience in internal and external grinding (essential).Experience with cylindrical and surface grinding machines.Aerospace experience preferred but not essential.Knowledge of CNC grinding is advantageous.Strong team player with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and support continuous improvement.Must have the full right to live and work in the UK.Shift: Double days (Monday to Friday)Week 1 6am - 2pmWeek 2: 2pm - 10pmPay:From £29,900 + Shift allowance (£3,920)If you are interested please apply now or contact Callum Withey for more information.
