Location: SwanseaPay Rate: £12.21 per hourStart Date: ASAPDuration: Until 24th DecemberHours: Monday to Friday (no weekends)

Job Purpose

The Machine Assistant ensures production runs safely, efficiently, and in line with schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, site rules, and safety procedures.

• Select film and set up jobs according to specifications.

• Record product movements accurately, including times and identification details.

• Monitor machine performance and resolve issues as needed.

• Label and palletise finished products correctly.

• Complete quality checks during each run.

• Keep work area clean, tidy, and safe.

Technical Requirements

• Report safety, quality, or hygiene issues immediately.

• Meet targets for safety, quality, hygiene, waste, and productivity.

• Highlight temporary equipment fixes and assist in long-term solutions.

• Attention to detail.
