Job Description
Cognizant is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer MAC in Ireland. You will provide day-to-day technical support for Windows 10/11, MacOS, and mobile devices across Microsoft 365, AD, printers, and MFDs.
You will resolve incidents, ensure timely resolutions, and support IT operations with professional service delivery. You will install, configure and troubleshoot devices, assist with JAMF-based MacOS/Mobile support, and participate in SCCM/MECM software deployment and endpoint tasks while engaging
