We're hiring an SC-cleared Microsoft 365 Lead to join a top-tier software engineering firm shaping modern workplace solutions. This is your chance to lead high-impact M365 projects for clients across industries, including secure and government environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the delivery of complex Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Shape the M365 capability roadmap and contribute to solution design, governance, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and support technical delivery across the full lifecycle-from discovery to implementation.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and craft innovative, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales, estimations, and technical proposals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering M365 solutions in secure environments.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, Azure services, and M365 governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and ALM practices.
• SC clearance (mandatory).

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications and knowledge of AI within M365.
• Background in defence or government sectors.
