Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive M&E maintenance across multi-site commercial environments
• Diagnose faults and deliver effective first-fix engineering solutions
• Act as first responder to engineering and building services emergencies
• Ensure full compliance with UK Health and Safety regulations
• Mentor and support junior engineers within the mobile engineering team
• Supervise third-party contractors when required
• Complete work orders using smart devices and meet SLA targets
• Provide technical engineering support and deputise for the Managing Engineer
