M&E Project Manager Central London £70,000 Plus Package

An M&E Project Manager is required to work for a reputable main contractor in Central London.

The project is a multi billion pound mega project working on mixed use scheme.

The purpose of this role for an M&E Project Manager is to manage the mega mixed use scheme, to make sure it is being completed on time and in the budget that has been set.

Ideal candidate

• 7-10 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• You will be required to be degree qualified or have a similar construction management qualification.
• Main contracting experience.
• A strong track record as a Project Manager.
• Projects seen through from inception to completion,
• Having worked on mixed use schemes.
• CSCS Card.
• SMSTS certificate,
• First Aid Certificate.
