Salary - up to £60,000 + LV/HV AP Bonus

We have anexciting and new opportunity working for one of the largest FM companies in the UK working as anM&E Managerwith an electrical biasworking out of a well known healthcare facility based in the Guildford area looking after a team of up to 6 engineers.

This is a static position and offers opportunity for additional training opportunities. We have placed well over 300 employees across this business which has shown consistentpathway for progression and further training opportunities within an engineers career. In this role you will manager a team of 6 engineers who will be carrying out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance as well as working on various M&E equipment. The ideal candidate will have a previous experience working in a healthcare environment although this isNOTessential for the position.

Experience / Requirements for an M&E Manager

• 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)
• C&G/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Electrical Installation (Essential)
• C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection (Ideal, not essential)
• HV / LV AP duties (Ideal, not essential)
