M&E Manager - Dublin

Our client a national main contractor wish to recruit M&E Manager to be based in Dublin

You will oversee the design, installation, and operation of building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Coordinate subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety/quality standards, manage budgets, and align MEP services with construction schedules. Reporting to M&E Director you will manage projects in Greater Dublin

Initial projects €60M residential Sandyford and €40M mixed use Stoneybatter

Duties:

• Project Lifecycle Management managing mechanical and electrical services from pre-construction planning, procurement, and installation to testing and commissioning.
• Coordination & Design: Reviewing drawings and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors to ensure services are correctly integrated.
• Financial Control: Managing project financials, including cost tracking, subcontractor agreements, and change orders to ensure profitability.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work meets industry standards, regulations, and site safety requirements.
• Progress Monitoring: Attending site meetings to track progress and solve issues.

Salary c€90,000 with €20,000 annual bonus, car / allowance, pension, VHI etc
