M&E Coordinator Longford €80-90k

INFORM3 Construction Recruitment has a new opportunity for an M&E Coordinator to play a key role within an award-winning Building contractor to oversee a Healthcare project in Longford.

To be successful you will need a track delivering the required Mechanical and Electrical processes for projects from inception to completion.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project setup, progress and closeout
• Assisting with the development of the work breakdown structure and the project schedule.
• Setting up and maintaining budgets and expenditures.
• Maintaining project contracts and other documentation for customers, contractors and suppliers.
• Making sure the requirements of the quality management plans are met.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are upheld and met, by accompanying H&S officers on site and producing action reports.
• Coordinating the team communications, interactions and activities.
• Producing risk assessments of the project.
• Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers to deliver to their standards and address any problems.
• Providing technical advice and expertise to the team

Skills Required:

• 5+ Years of experience as an M&E Coordinator
• Degree level education in a related subject
• Experience in overseeing projects, managing teams, and working towards health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Have an innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities and work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
