M&A Tech Lead - UK/EU Remote - 3 months

Overview

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join a large Consumer Goods enterprise to lead the technical separation activities related to applications and systems in a divestiture project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of success in leading complex IT initiatives within an M&A context.

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on application development, integration, or support.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex IT projects, preferably within an M&A environment.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and data migration techniques.
• Experience with a variety of application platforms and technologies (e.g., MS SQL, Access DB, cloud-based applications).
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data privacy and security regulations.

• Start date: ASAP
• Type of contract: Freelance - 3 months (possible extensioni)
• Time zone: EST/CST
• Location: Remote - Must work Eastern and Central US time zones
