Job Description
Hazlewoods in Cheltenham is seeking a Corporate M&A Tax Manager to join our growing transactions tax team. You will work on complex deals across a range of sectors and deliver high-value advisory services.
Key duties include identifying tax risks, leading due diligence, pre-disposal reviews, and advising on structuring and tax planning with clear client communication. ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified is preferred.
