We are currently working with a leading M&A tax practice in Manchester that is looking to recruit a strong Tax Director as part of their succession planning.
The team provides M&A tax solutions to a range of clients, including large listed companies, US & international businesses, private equity funds, and growing local businesses across the North.
This is a unique opportunity to join the leadership of one of the UK and Manchester's leading M&A tax teams.
Your new role:- Lead a fast-paced commercial M&A team in Manchester, working closely with two experienced partners.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Contribute to the strategy and leadership of the deals tax team both across the North and nationally.
- Lead M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.
- Extensive experience leading teams on M&A transactions in the UK market.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of an M&A tax transaction.
- Opportunities for progression beyond the Tax Director level.
