Ideal Candidate:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
• 3 4 years experience in Corporate Finance/M&A (buy side or sell side)
• Low mid market exposure is preferred + PE deal experience
• Strong financial modelling and client management skills

Location: Henley on Thames OR London
