About This Role M&A Associate Director - ICG ICG is a global alternative asset manager with over $100 billion in AUM, seeking an M&A Associate Director to join its Investment Office in London. Role Overview This role supports portfolio companies across Europe and Mid-Market Funds in executing their inorganic growth strategies. Key Responsibilities - Ensure portfolio companies have the right M&A origination processes and teams- Challenge and support portfolio company management on acquisition strategies- Assist in originating acquisition opportunities leveraging European network- Monitor and report on M&A activity at the portfolio company level- Build relationships with investors, advisors, and portfolio management teams Requirements - M&A background from investment banking or PE- Extensive European deal network- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills- Based in London with regular travel to European portfolio companiesApply for this Position
