Job Description
Ladd & Co. is seeking an Analyst to support its M&A practice. This role encompasses the full deal lifecycle, including financial modelling, information memorandum preparation, and valuation analysis.
The Analyst will be directly involved in live mandates alongside senior practitioners, providing exposure to a range of transactions. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and strong quantitative skills.
