Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London seeks a Membership Manager to join The Peak team. You will drive membership sales through personalised consultations, club tours and tailored wellness recommendations, while delivering a luxury, high-touch guest experience.
Key duties include managing contracts and renewals, CRM records, reporting, and supporting day-to-day operation of The Peak in the absence of Duty Managers. Strong communication and leadership are essential.
