Job Description
Maison Estelle, a private members' club in Mayfair, is seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across the business. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while upholding the brand's discretion and service standards.
You'll manage workload across stakeholders, source proactively, and maintain accurate ATS/HRIS data.
